She is just as comfortable crunching numbers as managing the perfect event. A quintessential Berlin native, she swims and rides horses in her free time.

Lars studied film and media with a focus on image design at the Film Academy Baden - Württemberg and the Polish National Film School in Łȯdź. His work for television, web and cinema has won several awards. In addition, Lars works as a guest lecturer at various academies and universities. He likes to spend his free time with his family riding on, or swimming in the Havel. At transfermedia he is responsible for technology and knowledge transfer.

Chris studied science of communication, sociology and psychology in Münster and Communicacion Audiovisual in Barcelona. After several stations in the TV and film branch, he started to work in public relations department for diffrent federal media authorities. He got to know the digital and media economy, especially the start-up scene, of the german capital region during his time at media:net berlinbrandenburg e.V. At transfermedia he is responsible for public relations.

Cornelia studied architecture at the TU Berlin where she spent three years as a tutor, imparting students the joy of developing and cinematically transforming their own concepts. With her keen sense of design and communication, she takes care of PR. Speaking of the public, Cornelia also entertains audiences as part of a drama group and easily switches from directing to acting.
